1. Login: Login is the email address that you signed up with. If you are trying to login and it says invalid login, click on the phrase "I forgot my login/password'. After the screen changes, enter your email and click the button called 'Reset Password'. You will get a new email from customerservice@cpmgateway.com.
2. Sign up. if you have not previously signed up, use the Portal Key and your Account number from your welcome letter.
If you do not have your Portal key, click on that sentence and you will receive an email from customerservice@cpmgateway.com in 1-2 days.
